Convenient location, nice breakfast buffet, spacious room (holding 4-6), and very good restaurant. We go to Japan once a year to visit my family. We usually take a flight by a low cost airline from SFO to Narita, arriving at around 7pm. We usually stay a night at Tobu hotel because it is located near the airport and it is very easy to reach the hotel by a free shuttle bus. If you arrive at Narita airport at 7pm, there are not many options for food. There are no convenience stores near by. We usually go straight to the restaurant for dinner after checking in (there is a convenience store inside the hotel but there are not much food left after 8pm), then go to bed. Next morning, we get up very early well-rested because of jet-lag (and tiring LCC economy class), so we have a large breakfast (excellent buffet) and get ready to begin the travel in Japan.

The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food on offer, with both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle was convenient, however it did leave once without much warning at all, I'll mention more about this in the negative review.
