I was genuinely sad to leave this hotel, the rooms were much larger than where I stayed in central Tokyo. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food on offer, with both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle was convenient, however it did leave once without much warning at all, I'll mention more about this in the negative review.

Sky lounge for a drink with a view. Internal shop which covered most requirements. Buffet was reasonable for cost. My luggage was unloaded from shuttle luggage compartment by staff allowing me to get to check in counter and avoid getting stuck behind a gaggle of other customers. trying to check in. (Sit at front of shuttle to get out ASAP and get to check in counter) Check in then return to shuttle bay and collect your luggage.

Convenient location, nice breakfast buffet, spacious room (holding 4-6), and very good restaurant. We go to Japan once a year to visit my family. We usually take a flight by a low cost airline from SFO to Narita, arriving at around 7pm. We usually stay a night at Tobu hotel because it is located near the airport and it is very easy to reach the hotel by a free shuttle bus. If you arrive at Narita airport at 7pm, there are not many options for food. There are no convenience stores near by. We usually go straight to the restaurant for dinner after checking in (there is a convenience store inside the hotel but there are not much food left after 8pm), then go to bed. Next morning, we get up very early well-rested because of jet-lag (and tiring LCC economy class), so we have a large breakfast (excellent buffet) and get ready to begin the travel in Japan.

Excellent value for money. We stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport operated perfectly. Our room was the biggest one we had in Japan. Vending machine on each floor.

Great shuttle service - runs every 30 minutes and is easy to find the pickup location from Terminal 2. Breakfast options were extensive . Dinner was a buffet which we opted not to have as was 6500 yen and we arrived at 8.30pm so would have probably not have got full value from . There were lots of snack options at the 7-11 within the hotel though

This hotel is close to the airport & my room was a nice sized room. I was able to walk from the Narita Terminal 2-3 train station to the hotel with no problem, although it would not be good to do if it was raining. The hotel has a gift shop/convenience store to buy food & drinks if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. Free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was very prompt and starts at 5am if you need it that early & runs every 30 minutes. Wifi was fast in my room area.

The location was as good as you can get. Short walk to Terminal 3 or take the busses the hotel runs (always on time). We thought the rooms would be small but that was not true at all. Two queen beds, lots of room. Amenities in the bathroom exceeded expectations. Daily housekeeping (very good), great sheets and an excellent bed. Buffet breakfast (buy online, less cost) is very good. Lastly, the hotel also provides free busses to Narita Town. So worth doing to see the amazing temple complex. We are booked for a return stay and recommend this hotel anyone.

Very close location and frequent shuttle bus from airport, also to Aeon Mall or Narita Station. Good size of room and facilities. They have numbers of operating counters with friendly staff so the queue to check in wont be long. Overall the hotel is a very good choice. We stayed 2 nights here for our short day trip to Tokyo and travel back home. We never had issue with schedule of shuttle bus as it is punctual all the time. They have separate bus for Terminal 1/2/3 which is good.
