I was genuinely sad to leave this hotel, the rooms were much larger than where I stayed in central Tokyo. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food on offer, with both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle was convenient, however it did leave once without much warning at all, I'll mention more about this in the negative review.

Excellent value for money. We stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport operated perfectly. Our room was the biggest one we had in Japan. Vending machine on each floor.

Sky lounge for a drink with a view. Internal shop which covered most requirements. Buffet was reasonable for cost. My luggage was unloaded from shuttle luggage compartment by staff allowing me to get to check in counter and avoid getting stuck behind a gaggle of other customers. trying to check in. (Sit at front of shuttle to get out ASAP and get to check in counter) Check in then return to shuttle bay and collect your luggage.

Great shuttle service - runs every 30 minutes and is easy to find the pickup location from Terminal 2. Breakfast options were extensive . Dinner was a buffet which we opted not to have as was 6500 yen and we arrived at 8.30pm so would have probably not have got full value from . There were lots of snack options at the 7-11 within the hotel though

The rooms were wide and comfy, and everything I wanted and expected was given. They even gave yukatas to sleep in which was very nice. The shuttle for the airport was very convenient and was on time to and from the airport. They had a free bus shuttle service to and from the nearest shopping mall as well. As for sound, we didn't hear any of the airplanes flying by. We had a very comfortable sleep.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Check out was quick. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs between the hotel, the train station, and the Aeon Mall. It also has a shuttle from Narita airport (bay 16, I think) and you can get a shuttle to the airport terminals in the morning.

The Airport Shuttle from Narita Airport was on time when we caught it to the hotel (last night @ Japan and had got the Skyliner Train to airport). Stayed at hotel for the night and got the Airport Shuttle at 5.30am back to airport as we had an early morning flight. We did not use any facilities as we did not arrive until after 9pm but checkin was quick and they gave us 2 rooms next to each other as per my request. Check in staff fully explained about the morning shuttle bus and this service was very organised the next morning with different buses available depending on the Airport Terminal guests needed to travel too. Great stay for an easy transfer to airport.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Narita. Very conveniently, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, it takes about 15 minutes to reach Terminal 1 of NRT. We arrived by train late at night (to catch our flight the next day) and it was great to have shuttle to the hotel in the evening. It was very efficient in the morning, too. Another big plus was the room size: our deluxe double room was really spacious, which is great if you need to do your luggage logistics across 5 bags.

The shuttle bus to and from T1 and T2 is gorgeous; however, it does not provide shuttle service to and from T3 though T3 is very close to the hotel. Shuttle bus also goes to the shopping mall close to airport, but better check with hotel for schedule. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The add-on is it has got a laundry, clean and spacious. A very relaxing and money for value place if you need to transit for one night. Also, it has got a big shop that carries a variety of goods and a large pharmacy which is a PLUS in an airport hotel like this.
